The house
We bought Charlie Tuna as a family beach house, and it still is one. It sits on the quieter North End of Salisbury Beach, near the Seabrook line, away from the crowds but close to everything.
The beach is a thirty second walk, between Access 9 and 10. No drive, no hunting for parking. Out the door, across the boulevard, onto the sand.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, both opening onto a deck that looks out toward the water. It's the best seat in the house when the sky goes orange. Downstairs is open: kitchen, dining, and a living room with a gas fireplace for the cool nights. Out back there's a fenced patio with a gas fire pit, which is where everyone ends up after dinner.

Off season
The house is available fully furnished through the off season, and we're flexible on length. A month, a few months, or the whole stretch from October into spring. Some people want a week, some want the winter.
It suits anyone between houses, renovating, relocating, or on a temporary work assignment who wants a real coastal home rather than a hotel. $2,750 a month, with high speed WiFi, premium cable, and weekly trash pickup included.

Lobster at Brown's and Markey's, both three minutes up the road. Breakfast at GroundSwell. Fried dough, arcades and the carousel at the beach center. Live music at Blue Ocean Music Hall and up at Hampton Beach.
Before you ask
Eight, with a maximum of eight overnight guests. A king bedroom, a bunk room with twin over twin bunks plus a twin trundle, the living room couch, and a queen air mattress available if you need it.
About thirty seconds. You cross North End Boulevard at Public Beach Access 9 or 10 and you're on the sand. It's a real road with traffic, so keep an eye on children crossing.
There are marked spaces across the front of the house and along the right side. You'll get a parking map before you arrive. Street parking is also available. No charge and no permit needed.
Sometimes. Dogs are considered with our approval in advance, and there's a $100 dog fee on top of the cleaning fee. Ask before you book rather than after.
The house is fully furnished with linens, bath towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, cookware, and a starter supply of paper goods. Bring your own beach towels and beach gear, plus groceries and toiletries.
No, and that includes vaping, anywhere on the property, inside or out.
Check in after 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM. Entry is by keypad, so there's no key to collect and nobody to meet on arrival.
Half the rental rate holds your week. The balance, the $250 cleaning fee, and a $500 refundable security deposit are due 30 days before you arrive. The deposit comes back within 14 days after checkout.
